IMO it's just one of those companies where the Directors have themselves on the boards of a number of afiliated companies (multiple Directors fees) and are pretty much as useless as tits on a bull.
Just take a look at the Capital Investment losses in the balance sheet (the last time I looked it was well over $50M ....and that was a long time ago as well). God knows what it would have blown out to by now and to be honest I can't be bothered checking...lol.

What a 'whoofer' stock this has been!
