Thanks Brass, that was all the type of information I was hoping someone would post.
It does seem like the recent spike for copper above it's trading range has been triggered by a potential extended strike in Chille.
I also read a large plant in India has been shut down permanently in the last day or two due to the environmental impact. I couldn't see any figures for how much it was producing though so no idea of the supply impact, but whether this event as a whole sparks possibly stricter environmental management around smelters, even just in India, that could effect supply moving forward.
Meanwhile, today MOD has an oversupply of sellers and not much of a sniff from buyers. ???
