Anyone here know more about GNI finance facility/loan ect,,,Does it work like a convertible note where we can convert at the current SP whenever we need money?...I have been doing some research but still a bit unsure about what cash is available and how exactly it works? any info from long term holders would be greatly appreciated,,looking to accumulate more as it seems to have huge potential given the past history and relatively unexplored tenements close to other good drill results
