"At the Annual General Meeting held 23 November 2011, shareholders approved a resolution to change the Company’s name to ‘Global Metals Exploration NL’.
This name has since been formally accepted by ASIC and will take effect from the 29 December 2011.
The Company also has a new ASX code: GXN"
