The more I read, the more I learn about this relationship evolving over time which has to be a good thing.
There shouldn't be anything sinister, the likes of Charles and/ or Ivan having an interest in both camps, as this would create a related party situation that needs to be disclosed.
I believe that Super Soco own the new production line and are in fact producing VMoto products on an OEM basis which of course eliminates the operating cost risk to a large extent from our P &L,which is brilliant, in my opinion.
I think the co-ooperation agreement for us to distribute and market Super Soco products probably involves a universal distribution agreement where we buy the Super Soco products at a first tier wholesale price and sell them on to the local distributors a at a retail wholesale price. People who know about the distribution chain might be able to add more to that.
