If I recall correctly, back in 2016 Sentabool posted on this thread stating that he sent a message to Super Soco asking about the relationship between the two companies and apparently they told him that Super Soco was a Vmoto brand.
So perhaps there may have been strong links between Super Soco/Vmoto from the outset?. Maybe the eventual aim of the strategy is to reboot the company under the 'Super Soco' brand, and leave behind the old baggage associated with the Vmoto brand.
Anyone who has followed this thread for a while would be aware that this thread seems to attract an awfully large number of angry posters. I once got an email from one of them (the guy came across an old email that I put on Hotcopper one time).
While you would expect shareholders to be unhappy about the disappointing share price performance of this company, I suspect that much of the angst on this thread actually goes back to an old management dispute. The agro on this thread feels a little engineered at times.
