Merger here we come IMO, been obvious for a while, it's the only way both companies can make the scale and is a very positive way to achieve the scale they both desire.
Merging the two companies will also dramatically increase market cap, combine this with some good results and all of a sudden you have a company big enough for some funds to start paying attention to.
