i doubt that coogee will win this case this time..
alinta was forced to rise the gas prices on its contracts because of our supplys NWS price hike. now coogee said we charge them too much while compare to other states. so it is effectively the same arguments alinta were try to use to fend off NWS gas hike but failed.
As mentioned by NWS CEO the day of cheap gas is gone. Early this year.
