Incorrect IMOWhy would one convert a pref share into Ords at 5c...

    Incorrect IMO


    Why would one convert a pref share into Ords at 5c (effectively at the money) when prior as a pref share they were getting a 11.4% pa dividend and the ordinaries pay nothing...only reason to do so is to get the hell out of the ordinaries ASAP! (ie....sell) I'd be wanting to know everyone's average entry prices about now...doh!
