Yea, $55M IIRC. Read every page of the Trust Deed (useless), the note disclocsures, the financial report and a billion other ASX announcments.....

Doesn't seem like a good deal...

But, CBH could easily be 80c by 2012, which would make it a VERY fantastic deal....

Just, too risky for me:)

AFter BBI, I think I might settle for something safer ( i was hoping a convertible note, but not this one!)
