What I posted was an extract from a HYO announcement, at no point do they mention Lehman Australia, only Lehman Brothers Commercial Credit Asia.
If there is no news from the company today or tomorrow I would suggest they are unrelated as it seems they have kept the company fully informed at this point (going of the announcement that Lehman had informed HYO of the Nomura T/O).
