The Price spike, new spike and dump is quite frustrating.

Would be nice to know if the seller were the brokers that got the placement at 17c? Who did take up the stock at this price?

Looks like a case to me of -

1. 'Certain' investors have been set,
2. Price has been ramped on back of results which has seen the 'certain' investors now selling and average punters buying,
3. Then, when the price bottoms out, the 'certain' investors take up the stock in a placement - surprise, surprise.

And so the cycle happens again...

Its frustrating to see such wild price fluctuations.

Perhaps the board can buy in to sure things up?
