    Agree. My worst buy for the year.

    Needs a cap raising fast.

    If markets get bad then Hartleys & Co will be issuing alot of script at 35 to 50 cents

    The more script issued, the greater percentage Hartleys (whoever) and their clients own.

    They do not care about how many shares are on issue
