Quack and Orange, thank you for your informed and in my opinion, correct assessment.
EWC made it clear many years ago their approach to project funding, in that regard all investors have purchased with their 'eyes wide open'.
Delays are unfortunate but can happen, esp in Asia. When I weigh the time-cost of money and / or the lost opportunity cost against the high quality and low cost of build by EWI, I am WELL ahead!
It is going to be very interesting to see what it takes to silence the critics: interconnection? drawdown? 400MW commissioned? PLN contract? 50c? $1.00?
My experience is that when seemingly bad management finally complete and share prices rise significantly, they are suddenly seen as gurus!!
