    Hi EWO,

As I am currently diving at the Great Barrier Reef I cannot take your comments seriously. I also have some reasons for my position: Firstly, if EWI ever wanted to take over EWC, Stuart would have done it at 2 to 3 cents/share or up to 6 cents/share. However, he stated publicly that he does not want to do this. Now, at EWC's current share price and project development stage, he would need to pay a 'fair' price, that is to say a price that takes account of EWC's current projects and projects under development (this is a rule relating to compulsory takeovers). So, even if assuming your absurd proposition re: EWI takeover of EWC is concerned EWC shareholders will be paid a much higher price than the current 33 cents. I am also totally confused as to why you bringup Slipform debt as if it were a problem As Mont mentiond some time ago, Slipform debt is to be considered a 0% loan (and not many, if any other company, can get such a phantastc deal to raise finance). In short, debt to Slipform will be paid back when EWC is in a financial position to do so, period.

    Quack,
it appears that comments like EWO's just provide more support for your view, namely that these 'negatve posters' have either lost touch with reality or have their own, hidden agenda.
