I believe Chandler will look after himself if he can.
Fact is the safety that stops the trigger that can cause EWC insolvency is only extended 12 months at a time.
This keeps EWC's share price at a takeover acceptable price for EWI to get the rest of the shares it requires for TO at anytime.
Chandler will do a deal that's suites him!
Small players will not figure in his thinking.
