Now is the time to be buying if you believe that you can capture some of that value. While the fund isn't producing decent returns, it is unlikely that the NTA/share price gap will close. The bull market may run for years yet and if Justin's funds are waiting for a crash it may be quite awhile before they start producing decent numbers. While I am patient, I personally wouldn't be buying just because of the discount to NTA.
