From what I understand the shopping ninja is a bolt on, just using the same data from Insights (value add).
It would be great to see them license SN or form a JV else where? Germany? UK? NZ? Canada? Now that would be something to set the sp on fire! All pure speculation.
Maybe the fact that company has announced that there are more deals coming its way - allows the directors to buy? It is a bit strange.
