    You are correct re lack of any announcement on dividend policy, but companies which have been historically consistent dividend payers always reinstate their payouts once the free cashflow returns after a lean period. Well, it certainly sounds like the cash is/will be flowing.
    The 5 cents is just a guesstimate which should be a bit of icing on the cake.
