DSD,
as you like to inform the members of the forum regarding macro factors that could affect WOR SP. I noted this morning that Hess Corp budgeted $2.25 billion for exploration and production this year, higher than the $1.9 billion it spent in 2016, in one of the first signs that the shale industry will spend more in 2017 after years of declines.
It appears that the bottom in hydocarbon exploration expenditure has been put in and the future trend will be up. With this is mind I see the WOR SP going up not down.
To be short at this time believes the risk reward in my view.
