I consider everything. Yes... WOR have slashed costs to the bone, but without contracts how do they increase bottom line? Months ago i said 50-55c fy17eps with 1H esp poor. Can't see any reason to change esp as macro continues to weaken. I have new info re macro and micro and will post these soon.
Plus some holders have faith in Trump and his promise to massively increase infrastructure spending. I'm not convinced . Next 5 weeks will be interesting.
