Also meant to say a $200 million carve out of recurring costs equates to winning a $1 billion worth of new work.
So, if sales revenue drops by a bn the position is still neutral but the foolish investor will see that as a negative but the wise will see that as an opportunity.
WOR have tried to reshape itself and from the outsider looking in they appear to be winning.
