so true & foreign assistance during famine is a factor as well . I turn on the TV to be bombarded with adds for save the children with images of well fed parents holding emaciated kids. Give me a break I am in my 50's & can remember the donation boxes at school back in the late 60's begging for money to save the starving africans . All that money did was give them more room to overpopulate.
