    My point is, moratoriums on putting a stop to mining is OLD news. There are news articles about shutting down nickel smelters dating back a couple of years. If you bother to read the articles, the clampdown is because those Companies, even though legal, have not met all the T&Cs if either resurrecting a smelter or mining.
    This isn’t the first time this has happened!
