Profit Margin of OMH is too low. Such established company with weak profit and poor dividend record I have no idea why people invest in OMH. Maybe same as Rocket like its Low power cost but does not benefit investor at all.

If I am Foto and invest safely indeed I want to have all conditions met then to convert my notes. If such precedent conditions had been legalised and notarized definitely they must be satisfied before conversion. Not just because it is already 25% of PT Gulf and looks cheap then can simply convert the note.

Overall patience is the key to success here.
