continuos orders of 300

Can someone enlighten me as to what are these continuostrades of 300 shares at 0.41c ?

I am aware of "bots" or computer generated trades that don't appear in the market depth......

...but can someone please explain the game here
ie. who is doing what and what is it they are they trying to achieve

...and how it actually works...as it doesn't actually make sense that the sp doesn't want to go over 0.41c when supposedly there are many more buyers in the buy queue at 0.41 than there are sellers at 0.42...in fact at one stage there were no sellers at 0.42
