CCQ is publically listed, and owns a minority (just) holding in the management company of CTN (plus a few other listed holdings).
CTN has a substantial holding in CCQ as per the announcement. Internalising management would be good (if it happens), however the real benefit would ultimately still depend on how much salary the managers take.
A bigger benefit of buying CCQ would be the losses held that could presumably be used by CTN.
