that is fantastic as a shareholder you can expect no more from management.
a 7% income return ( i also would be happy with less ie the current cash rate plus a margin so maybe cash rate plus 2%)and a 30 to 40 % disc to asset backing in one of the best performing lic's on the market since 2004.
that would be the answer we have been looking for.
anyone who would be selling at 30 to 40% disc to asset backing would be a fool under the structure you have mentioned.
I own about 150,000 shares but if they annnounce anything like you say i think i would buy some more.
If my wife let's me off course.
