So, ASIC basically has not been presented any evidence of misconduct, I thought they were an investigative body and supposed to INVESTIGATE. Then they flog you of by saying we can't tell you why cause it's a secret. I have also delt with other Gov depts , all they are is a highly paid version of the DOLE (Centrelink payments for the younger viewers). Just like the current Fed Gov. Why do we pay taxes???? they don't derve us. IMHO
