Hi guys,

Unless there was a very clear EPS accreative use for the funds from a 100 mill share dilution I am very happy that the deal doesn't go through.

LL is fully funded, Ecuador is progressing along and funds have been raised to drill holes there.

Venezuela is now a no go so no need for funds here.

So, unless a major opportunity was going begging,let's keep the share register tight and take the profit coming from LL.

LL cash flow (and hopefully the Dec-11 options) will fund Ecuador.

Once another project is identified THEN get some extra funds in if necessary.

I'm feeling like hedging at $1,200 may have been a good idea now :)

EVG starting to look cheap again...
