Wiseman didn't sell. He is just another despondent frustrated shareholder who missed the opportunity to get out. If his "boastful" claims are correct he would provide members with "proof" of sale at 2.2c . His reluctance to provide a simple contract note and his emotional connection with the stock is classic behaviour of a disgruntled shareholder.
