Listened to the interview again a few hours ago. My 2 cents says..Things do sound pretty worrying.

Anyway the weekend is here..2 days to reflect on the moratorium on mines and its impact on Manganese prices. All these suspensions to mining and revoking of licenses will end up jacking up manganese prices.
Fact is that the newly Elected Governor will be hard for GMC to get hold of. The guy will have his hand full with taking over from previous exiting Governor, so a meeting is probably weeks away. We already know that the community and the Governor himself has made it his mission to crack down hard on mines, illegal human trafficking and revoke licenses. I dont see their meeting being too "Happy ending".
Most importantly, imminent DSO will now take much longer to get and mines that GMC plans to acquire will need to checked by Gov inspectors and made sure no illegal human trafficking isn't happening. All those mines that GMC already contacted to provide Manganese will also need to be inspected too. So to me it looks like a long long road ahead with delays, uncertainties, higher Manganese prices and greater risks.
