Clearly the situation has changed considerably and MrWiseman understands this.
1) the situation changed with the massive dilution
2) the situation changed with the closing of all mines, whilst it hasn't happen yet, it is in progress.

Its a very wise person who is able to change their mind when the situation changes. Frankly everybody should be applauding MrWiseman for making the facts known, because its rather obviously nobody in the GMC cheer squad were fully aware until this time.
