One would have to assume that this was not the plan and a significant upswing in shareholder value will occur once the consolidation is complete. Management have eluded to several material announcements expected during the quarter...none of which apart from losing our largest customer have eventuated.

With only 3 weeks left in the quarter you would have to expect a series of large material announcements will be coming as an early Christmas present.

Also given the loss of our largest customer shareholders should also be expecting news of savings aimed at closing the cash flow timing issue which is expected to occur early next year.

I imagine the resignation of Don was the first step in this cost cutting measure.

I would assume that most if not all shareholders would agree the next cost cutting step should be the reversal of the recent $45K pay rise for KR. Finally a lowering of high paid staffs cash salaries with the lost cash earnings being replaced with a higher performance/revenue based bonus share/option component at least until a time where we are making good sustainable profits and a large growth trajectory is in motion.
