I've spoken to the company and they don't feel that there is a need for a share consolidation or that re-compliance will be deemed necessary by ASX. The worst case would be a 2 or 4 to 1 consolidation. Both the TargetCo and investors are on board with this.
May even be a spinout of the mining assets so get a free share of Newco for every share of IGS.
