I agree with agentm on reasons for sales.Could be a deceased estate, someone needing the cash etc.Turnover is very low and ADI holding up well IMO. Next jump will come on fraccing news unless an individual decides he wants to buy a few hundred thousand. Patience is required.Hilcorp could be on wait for a frac., to be completed elsewhere.They will want to maximise production, so it should happen soon and will likely move over all three wells as rancho should be completed before fraccing is completed on the other two.Might not be a large number of fraccing units in the area.A couple of months should clarify all!!
