the letter to shareholders mentioned it was chapter 11 listing rules, so I'd have to guess it has something to do with the actual acquisition and the spin off!

I've been thinking the same question, 1. When will this be back on? 2.More importantly how the market will react, regardless to the calibre of the news to ROS in suspension for 2 weeks, I can't see investors happy with their money in suspension for such a long time.

That said, the suspension has been kind of a barrier to awful market sentiment last few weeks...
