“Uncle Albers is also the Executive Chairman and CEO
of OXX Octanex, whose company is awaiting the
registration by the DMP WA of 25% of the Derby Block.

He holds also significant interest in CUE.

OXX Half Year Financial Report released on 06/03/14 states:

“Octanex also believes there are only a limited number of
onshore basins in Australia with considerable potential for
unconventional shale oil and gas accumulations and that
the Canning Basin holds out the promise of being one of
the best of such possibilities.”
