Congratulations to the Directors who have just pulled off a very smart commercial transaction. read their statement carefully and it refers to 3 points ,possible bid,scheme of arrangement , similiar transaction ,

in fact it will be a reverse takeover bid of currently listed north american company to give ETC listing on that exchange ,2 scheme of arrangement refers that the american corporation is cashed up but interest rates being so low there and monies hard to place they suddenly get much better interest rates by diverting those funds to ETC in australia to retire expensive debt .3 another listed australian stock is showing interest in ETC as a vehicle to do allmost the same thing and with shares grossly undervalued they will start buying on australian market to take up a strong position to back door list in america their own company as they also have large interests in america
watch for large buying in next few weeks but being very cunning they will use different brokers each day to hide the fact that there is one large buyer in the market
i now believe ETC to be investment stock no longer speculative and i am very pleased to have been buying over past few weeks . no longer a trading stock for me i intend to hold
