    yatchy, EPR has been had a dormant SP for so long that $1 is hard to fathom. Could always get my head around it though...

    10 days to gas/condensate sales sounds good to me. Do you think that the contract with the wholesaler is a shoe-in?

    If production is b/w 5-8mmscf/d we could be looking at up to 600k/month. not bad.
