capping is a regular occurrence in many stocks whereby a holder of shares lists them for sale at a high price as they don't want to actually sell them, to increase the sell side total market depth to try to get short term drops in share price so they can pick up cheaper shares to increase their total share holding. As the share price moves down, the capper moves his sell price down, to force the share price down even more, so that they can buy even more at even lower prices.
this strategy, has the effect of the cappers aquiring stock at 5c, then 4.9c, then 4.8c, then 4.7c. indeed, this strategy was so successful last year, that the cappers pushed the shares down from 30c to 1c - where they were then able to pick up millions and millions in placements
