Well not sure what the most significant feeling is, relief I,ve not lost the house or excitement I might be about to make one.
Interesting to see what we open at, but given we have such a big negative lead from wall street Im no expecting much today.
I think its probably more reasonable to expect a gentle appreciation over the next 12 months as development potential becomes more evident.
