The impact of this result on the acreage value is material in every respect. If the market is still asleep it won't be for long.
All that matters now is that this is effectively proven and the acreage value metric has increased materially.
You most likely will get a bunch of sellers making a quick profit but the main point is that an entry anywhere near these levels is now dirt cheap and totally de-risked by the quality of the asset.
Not the time to be out of this stock given the chances of monitizing the asset. A sale will be many multiples of the current SP.
