The merc the bonus shares the new homes they all probably got - divided em all up and s buy shares. They've employed Julian - he's been fantastic - doesn't communicate with share holders and puts out BS announcements with no substance. Only 2 deals and both are essentially dusters - coal and the 200k for a gold tennement. That's what 19 mill gets you after all the shouts get their fill at the trough what a joke.



So here we are basically a few scenarios left

1. The entitlement fails and they have to get another loan or something else

2. Nmdc takes up a 1.2 billion shares and they control 75 percent of lcy. Now I didn't think this could happen under FIRB but it's listed in the prospectus as what would happen should no one take up the entitlements. Was this the plan in the beginning ?? Run us into the ground and sell us out - you have to wonder. If so who retains the role on the board. This is speculation but again I think valid.

3. They have something else to announce - problem with that is that we've been screwed so many times who the hell will believe them - even if we signed a binding mou with rio or bhp I reckon the market would be very skeptical.

4. They have something worthwhile that is good and binding and shows commitment - and we get something to at least lift us above the EI price.

time will tell. Wonder if the brains trust were ignorant enough to forsee the market thinking the whole thing stinks and it settling underneath the EI price (30 odd percent under at the moment) great job management.

If they actually did something of substance and got the SP back to at least 2-3c then I'd be happy to eat my hat and apologise - but I'm not holding my breath.

Like I've said - bet everyone at lcy continues to get paid. Lucky it's not on commission of share holder sentiment. Surely their isn't a stock with as many fleas on it as this at the moment ?
