In relation to Santa Fe shares isn't there a restriction clause saying they cant sell in the agreement, which ultimately falls away as the merger has failed !
Secondly, who is going to buy these shares under these conditions ? no one !!
I don't see the Santa Fe shares as a source of income given Santa Fe is a distressed asset to say the least !
