The quarterly includes rehashed announcements from the last three months. The writer of the document must have simply pasted that particular segment that you mention. Highly unprofessional but just a mistake.

Scott is probably in Africa for Indaba (booth is booked and our company description says on track to become Africa's next phosphate producer). Huge discrepancy between explorer and potential producer at current mcap of $10.7mil and now Helmsec target is the famous 10 bagger. Share price indicates something wrong however.
