If you are confused now,try going through
all the issues through the last 10 months.
This is absolute rubbish imo.

For a start why did they issue the same quarterly
cashflow report 31 jan and 29 april 2011.

There was
371.4m shares issued @ 5c for the assett
331.1m raised @ 4c to pay the $10m cash component.

After this issue there was
818.5m shares in total.

Just before the consolidation
1,241,463,279 on issue.

423m shares issued since then.
From these 423m shares issued since
only a total of just over $5m in cash has been raised
with the rest in fees.

Now there are about 250m shares on issue.
Looks like daylight robbery to me,with the original
700m cash/share to buy this now valued at $7m.
By the time MDA gets to 500m shares,which won't be far
by these people's rate,they will hold less than a third
of the company.

3c soon with millions of new shares and contol
of the lot for less than $10m.RUBBISH,from the chairman down imo.
