If you hold your shares after Dec2, they may go down due to the offer closing.
You have 3 choices,
Do nothing- risk of price falling
Sell on market- take the money and run
Convert to RMS shares- then hold RMS or sell RMS and
take the money and run!
But not being an advisor, I would suggest you see one!
Or speak to your broker.
