Its a given that RIV doesnt need KT,
RIV has the goods.
The last quarterly stated...

'Initial findings in EL 946L are very
encouraging, confirming the continuation
of the same sequence of coal seams
encountered in Benga, but over a much
larger area.'

We already have 4 Bil tns of coal. This is all from ONE block.

To be on the safe side lets surmise we end up with 8 bil tns .
If we sell coal at $1 per ton MC = 8Bil.
RIV Shares currently on issue 189,523,524
Can we then say true value is $42 per share...

May be a bit crude in the math but I will settle being half right
