We should all cool our jets and stop being outraged at the prospect of another capital raising. Don't forget the other two raisings were to finish off the capex on the project. It is not like the directors squandering it with no rhyme or reason on fancy office fitouts, fast cars and women with loose morals.
This money is going into a known asset that is fundamentally not a complicated operation. It isn't going into an unknown drilling campaign on a spec stock that has acquired a tenement two leases over from the next greatest thing.
If you are in, you are in. If you're out then see you later.
